Cummings’ Thursday Fast & Furious ‘forum’ called a smokescreen


 

   An attempt to present a different perspective on the continuing investigation into Operation Fast and Furious is being mounted Thursday morning on Capitol Hill by Democrat Congressman Elijah E. Cummings, who has invited several prominent anti-gunners, but no gun rights experts, industry representatives or whistleblowers.

    All I can say is that the founding fathers of America gave you the constitutional rights regarding firearms,and you should not allow anyone to infringe them as that would erode your freedom.

      We will NEVER relinquish our right to defend ourselves from this tyranny. And we’re damned good and ready to let them *try* to take our guns.

    Rather than simply IGNORE Gunwalker as the majority of the media have, Cummings and Schumer have taken a more “proactive” tack, by changing the subject. Seems the ATF ran thousands of weapons to Mexico, placing them in the hands of drug cartels, because US gun laws just aren’t tough enough!! And last week, the NY Times went a step further. The Times decided Gunwalker is really the fault of the AMERICAN PUBLIC! You see, there are so many American gun owners out there, the undermanned, underfunded ATF just can’t tell them apart from Mexican drug lords!

    Gotta love the left.
