February 28, 2013 1 comment

TWG: Yesterday when I posted the article about this, we had only a small snippet of martson’s vile letter to the citizens.  Today, we’ve got more.  And you’re NOT going to like it.  WHY is that fascist asshole still breathing our air? The Citizens of Hudson need to make SURE that thing is fired and punished accordingly.

MASSIVE TURNOUT at Hudson Council Meeting After Lib Alderman Slams “Psychotard” Gun Owners

Posted by Jim Hoft on Thursday, February 28, 2013, 6:24 AM

Guest Post and pictures by H. Hawke who attended the meeting in Hudson on Wednesday night.

When Hudson Alderman David Marstan responded with a torrent of foul and abusive language to an email from NYS Organizer for Guns Across America Joanna Johnson-Smith urging him to reject the city’s proposed gun ban on city property, including for permit-holders, it’s unlikely he anticipated the backlash headed his way.

The meeting had to be moved two times because of the size of the crowd.

Neither, apparently, did the City of Hudson’s Legal Committee of Common Council.

On February 27 the Committee was forced to change their regular meeting from Hudson City Hall to the Central Fire Station main room to accommodate the larger than normal crowd expected to oppose the measure.

But even that was too small and attendees dragged their chairs, if they’d been fortunate enough to get one, into the firehouse truck bay after the engines were moved out.

The Legal Committee with Aldermen Donald Moore, Abdus S. Miah, John K. Friedman, Marstan and City Attorney Cheryl Roberts did their best to placate the crowd but gave in to demands the gun ban issue be addressed at the meeting’s outset rather than at the end as had been originally planned.

Friedman gave a brief overview of the proposed law, stating that the “misinformation” which had caused such a large crowd to gather had nothing to do with its intent which, he said, was an attempt to deal with employee safety issues.

He said there would be no vote on the law at the meeting and conversation would be limited to ten minutes.

Committee President Moore said the group was upset at being confronted by such a large and angry crowd who were obviously “against us” and stressed the committee was not trying to “do anything sneaky.”

But shouted questions from the audience forced the committee to call on Marstan to respond to the vile comments he had written to Smith when she had questioned his stance on the proposed law in an email several weeks ago.

Besides calling her a “gun toting tea party psychotard,” he had accused her of “grandstanding on mythical narratives of victimization,” described her ” spit” as “the white stuff frothing on the ends of that rotten little mouth of yours from which you spew this hateful ignorant trash,” and invited her to come to Hudson to protest the law, writing, “We’ll be happy to beat you barbarians back with the clubs of reason & responsibility, radical lunatics that you are.”

Liberal David Marstan told the crowd tonight, “I let my lesser self get the better of me.”

He ended his rant with this classic:

“And say, a quick ProTip, since you’re the ‘organizer’ for unemployed guns nuts USA.  Next time you think these unhinged rants will change the mind of anyone who has even a modicum of intelligence, you might instead just go back down into your basement & watch another episode of wheel-of-fortune.  It’ll certainly be just as effective.  Remember: there are millions of Eagle Scout God Worshiping Patriots who find you & your radical ilk as disgraceful to American Democracy as the Brown Shirt jackboots you act like.  I happen to be just one of them.  Good Luck.”

Before the crowd of hundreds of infuriated gun rights activists Marstan told a different story. He apologized, saying he had drafted his response to her in “the heat of the moment” and he acknowledged the email had been inappropriate .

“I let my lesser self get the better of me,” he said.

That wasn’t good enough for the crowd. One shouted, “Joanne (Smith) is the one he insulted, He should issue her a public apology.” They also insisted the Committee permit her to speak.

When she moved to the front of the room to say a few words the crowd erupted in cheers.

Smith, who is responsible for organizing the Second Amendment Rally in Albany on Thursday, February 28, featuring NRA President David Keene, State Legislators, the NYS Rifle and Pistol Association and SCOPE said she expects a turnout of between 10,000 to 15,000 at the event.

And, for what it’s worth, according to the Hudson City Attorney there’s no chance of the proposed gun law going into effect as it would be preempted by county and state ordinances already in effect.

“If the committee passed this law the city would be sued,” she said.

That was exactly what the crowd wanted to hear.

N.Y. gun law mandates magazines that don’t exist

February 27, 2013 Leave a comment

TWG: Here is what I suggest……

ALL law abiding gun owners should leave every State that has imposed this senseless, anti-Bill of Rights gun grab.

Just move and let all the gangs, bath salt zombies, islamics, illegal aliens and rapists gobble up all the gun grabbing marxists, socialists, progressives, liberals, communists and democrats .

It’s called a courtesy flush.

SHAZAM – Problem solved. When the rubble, bodies and ashes are all cleaned up, you can return to your State.

Have a safe trip. Maybe you can spend some time somewhere sunny and warm while your Home State is cleared of these beasts.

N.Y. gun law mandates magazines that don’t exist

ROCHESTER — Starting April 15, New York will have the smallest gun magazine limit in the country, and all signs indicate no gun makers have plans to accommodate it.

Gun manufacturers have never had a reason to make a magazine with fewer than 10 rounds, because no state required it until now. And, as far as local gun dealers and the Democrat and Chronicle have been able to determine, there are no manufacturers planning to make seven-round magazines.

This means that in less than two months, gun dealers such as Paul Martin, owner of Pro-Gun Services in Victor, can only sell something that doesn’t exist yet.

“There was never a need for a (seven-round magazine),” Martin said. “Not many manufacturers are going to bother to make something just for the state of New York.”

The New York Secure Ammunition and Firearms Enforcement Act, passed in January, says gun dealers cannot sell magazines with more than seven rounds beginning April 15. However, three gun dealers in the Rochester area say manufacturers don’t make a seven-round magazine for most guns, and several manufacturers don’t disagree. This leaves store owners wondering what they are going to sell.

“Can you realistically expect a company that’s huge to gear up and say, ‘Let’s make something for those poor suckers in New York because they’ve got a bad law,’” said Fred Calcagno, owner of American Sportsman in East Rochester.

Before, New Yorkers could use 10-round magazines, and higher-capacity magazines made before 1994. The new law immediately banned the higher-capacity magazines. Residents can continue to use 10-round magazines, but can only load seven bullets.

“Sorry, NY, Andy says no,” reads a handwritten sticker referring to Gov. Andrew Cuomo that adorns a pre-1994 15-round magazine in a showcase at Pro-Gun Services.

The Democrat and Chronicle reached out to a dozen gun and accessory manufacturers to find out whether they would produce smaller magazines, including Remington, Smith and Wesson, Pro Mag Industries and Brownells. Most did not respond. A few provided written statements that did not indicate any plans for New York one way or another. Glock had no comment. Only one gave a clear-cut answer.

TWG: How many times must we read about these fascist attacks before some commie SOB get’s “schooled” about how to be a human being?

These fascist pigs aren’t our “fellow Americans”.

THEY ARE ENEMY INVADERS.

Pay attention to where they slither and keep track.

Condo Sends Note To Soldier Saying He Must Take American Flag Down

HUNTSVILLE, Ala. (WHNT) — A request to remove an American flag has caused an Internet uproar and a Facebook sharing frenzy.

A soldier and his wife who live at Stepping Stone Condominiums in Huntsville said they received a note from the complex Monday evening to remove the flag.  The note said the flag violates the home owners association bylaws, and urged the couple to remove the flag as soon as possible to keep the community tidy.

Woodward: White House Warned Me “You Will Regret Doing This”

February 27, 2013 2 comments

TWG: Another tactic straight from hitler’s playbook. I pray Mr. Woodward has a good security team. The clintons have taught the obamas well how to hide stacks of dead bodies.  Will any other “Journalists” start telling the truth?  We shall see. The damage is already done so not sure what good it’ll do, but it would be nice to see the truth in news once in a while.

WOLF BLITZER, CNN: You’re used to this kind of stuff, but share with our viewers what’s going on between you and the White House.

BOB WOODWARD: Well, they’re not happy at all and some people kind of, you know, said, look, ‘we don’t see eye to eye on this.’ They never really said, though, afterwards, they’ve said that this is factually wrong, and they — and it was said to me in an e-mail by a top —

BLITZER: What was said?

WOODWARD: It was said very clearly, you will regret doing this.

BLITZER: Who sent that e-mail to you?

WOODWARD: Well, I’m not going to say.

BLITZER: Was it a senior person at the White House?

WOODWARD: A very senior person. And just as a matter — I mean, it makes me very uncomfortable to have the White House telling reporters, ‘you’re going to regret doing something that you believe in, and even though we don’t look at it that way, you do look at it that way.’ I think if Barack Obama knew that was part of the communication’s strategy, let’s hope it’s not a strategy, that it’s a tactic that somebody’s employed, and said, ‘Look, we don’t go around trying to say to reporters, if you, in an honest way, present something we don’t like, that, you know, you’re going to regret this.’ It’s Mickey Mouse. Scared of Obamacare’s IPAB? Meet the USPSTF!

Those unelected boards are coming into their own, making decisions for doctors and patients alike.

In the fight over Obamacare, one of the hottest points of contention has been the Independent Payment Advisory Board (IPAB), an unelected body with powers so broad that it has been called a “super-legislature” by some, and a potential “death panel” by others. Major policies set by the IPAB will have the force of law unless they are explicitly blocked by Congress. The usual order, of course, is that Congress is supposed to make the laws and bureaucrats are supposed to follow them.

Chicken-shit Jay Carney flees podium as White House press lapdogs question Obama’s $500,000 Organizing for Action pay-to-play scheme (Video)

Run Coward! Jay Carney is still dodging questions about Obama’s pay to play scheme via Organizing For Action. Donate $500,000 to Obama’s non-profit corporation and get quarterly meetings with Obama among other perks. Lap dog press hacks tried to question Carney on this quid-pro-quo today, and the little coward Carney couldn’t handle it and ditched the podium as the questions came in. If Carney can’t even handle these pathetic Obama licking White House reporters, how would he stand up to people who actually are journalists?
